Just Telling Something

I've been having gastritis but I'm not that kind of person who directly depends on medication whenever I'm sick but now it has been two days & this can't go on. So I went all crazy looking through my stack of meds, searching for my ranitidine tablets and you know what I've found.. ONE LAST tablet with a broken seal! At first I thought ah wth nothing will happen just swallow the damn thing but unfortunately, not only the seal was broken, the tablet has doubled its own size & it cracks in the middle it looks like a freaking macaron! I don't know whether to laugh or to cry
