Update on Life
Here I am, still standing up, still struggling with vet school, which I barely can believe I will make it through where I am right now. I'm not gonna lie, I did think about giving up, in fact so many times, but these three things keep me going; whole loads of money spent, crappy future if I don't have this degree, and my friends. Yes, friends play such a big impact in my life even if it means sharing stupid gossips or going window shopping. I know they don't make any sense. I mean, what does going window shopping have anything to do with surviving life and most importantly, vet school? Well to me, it's just simply mean when you're spending time with friends, then you tell them what you feel, it'll just be a relief when they too, feel the same way or when they will just listen to you. Sometimes, it's just the act of telling your problems to somebody that will somehow make you feel better. It's really unhealthy to keep your feelings to yourself. Trust me, I know that. I used to be so secretive and reluctant especially regarding family matters that I was really in a bad shape of myself. I felt like I was so physically and mentally ill. And then in my early 20s I found God and I was more opened up to some friends and that was when things seemed to be looking up at last. Sometimes I stumbled and it felt like I was so lost on my way. But then I know I will always have friends to turn to. Things fluctuate but they are not gonna be bad like all the times. Like right now, I am really glad that my exam result came out better than I expected. Just when I thought I suck badly in vet school lol. I still have a bright future I guess (:

Sopoong Korean Food, IOI City Mall
Hello,
Last few days, my friend and I went to IOI City Mall. We wanted to eat outside as we got bored of the food in college, so we decided to give Sopoong a try. I have tasted Korean food before and to be honest, I don't like it. But, after reviewing so many times, and after some of my friends told me that the price is quite cheap as compared to the other restaurant, why not? So, off we go.
Now that we have bus to the mall, it gets easier. For 17th college residence, you could just wait outside, at the opposite side, and you only have to pay RM1 (relatively speaking, I think the bus fare should cost you less than 1 buck as it takes less than 5 minutes to arrive there). But, if you don't mind sweating a little, I think IOI City Mall is within easy walking distance of the college or Hospital Serdang. Anyway, we went there by bus and we walked back to college.
Upon the arrival, we were greeted warmly by the staff there with the usual 'annyeonghaseyo'. The decoration was simple and nice and earthy which I love. I ordered bulgogi (small portion) for RM19.90. It was a set of a bowl of rice, stir-fried beef mixed with vegetables, and also side dish. Surprisingly, small portion was not small at all! Unfortunately, the beef portion of the bulgogi was too little as compared to the content of vegetables. I mean, it's a bulgogi right? So I expected it to be as good as the bulgogi pictures I searched on the Google Image lol. Fortunately, I love vegetables so it was not a big matter. I finished them all, with the help of my friend hehe. I was so full. If you don't eat much, you should share it with one more person. My friend ordered a set of topokki + gimbap for RM16.90 if I'm not mistaken. It's just the tea that came with the set tasted a little weird. It didn't taste like a green tea. I don't know, maybe it wasn't meant to be a green tea lol. Topokki was a bowl of rice cake mixed with some sauce and vegetables. And for gimbap, I didn't see any difference as of sushi. As far as I know, you don't need soy sauce to eat gimbap as all the ingredients were already marinated beforehand. For more menu, you can search more on the website.
To conclude, I'm satisfied with the service and the food. It was okay and worth every penny. No bad experience. But I don't think I will eat there again. It's not that the food is not delicious, it's just simply not my cup of tea. But if I had to go there again (let's say my friend forced me lol), I will keep posting. And lucky for students, you will get 10% discount if you display your student card during payment. So, what are you waiting for? Go out and try something new! (:

Home-made Steamboat
Hello
Last time, my friends and I made steamboat, instead of going to the restaurant. It was really really cheap and affordable and super delicious! We only spent like RM6 per person for a really really big portion. The cheapest I could find is around RM20++ and that was way back when I was in Sarawak. Can you find a price that cheap here in semenanjung? I don't think so. But if there is you should let me know :) We even had some excess we turned them into breakfast lol.

Be Kind
It's so nice to find people who are so intelligent yet so humble that his intention is so pure, for when he's teaching, he meant it to share everything he knows. For when he speaks, he only talks good, he never boasts. For when he understands, it's so genuine you'll know it comes from within. By calling other people bodoh it doesn't make you a clever one. It reflects what you really are. You may be older than others, you may have lived longer, but you're not necessarily right all the time. God may have been giving you wondrous of success from times to times, but that doesn't give you the right to be mean. What's the point of being clever tapi suka berlagak? The knowledge you've well-learned by now is only a few percent from what the whole world has to offer you. Sometimes when people are on top, they tend to forget all the little things; kindness, empathy, respect, and so on. What's the point of living then?

Hello,
I've been meaning to update but life has been sooo hectic and I don't even have time for myself. The only rest I get is when I'm sleeping at night. And that's not even enough hours. Minus the time I was suddenly awake. Little did I know that vet school can be this tough and challenging. I really want to advice any people about thinking really carefully before you decide to study vet medicine but that's just useless because how could you know that you'll be facing this kind of situation later? Just like me, you might be thinking that there's nothing can break you, I can do anything in this world. I don't know about other people, but for me, this thing has really gotten into me. I mean, it's really stressful and saddening, it interferes in my personal life, in my sleep. Not to mention that I have to collect merits just for the sake of staying in college. It's really tiring. Really. I know what I'm facing right now might be lesser than others who are in charged of organizing many other big faculty or college events, but maybe they are far better at managing time or they are so quick in catching up with lectures. I don't know how they manage..

So.. My brother has finished his matriculation. Can't believe that time flies so fast. And he's about to enroll into degree. I'll be doing my internship this semester break and then I'll start my second year of degree. I can't believe my little brother has grown up so much he's about to embark into the next step of his life. He's still so young. He's still so much my baby bro. He should know that I'm so proud of his achievement. He's so good in all those mathematics and physics shits while the best his sister ever got for her add math during her middle school was a C lol. Oh my. I don't know why do I get so emotional tonight. Must be the hormones. I better be off the internet now or I'll start looking for some ridiculous cyst-popping video in the youtube. Good night.
Big C
I'm sure that you must have, at least once, had one crush in your life. Well, I have some, a lot in fact (hehee). For me, having a crush means that you like someone, maybe you love to see his face, the way he walks, the way he stays so low, and the way he smiles 😊 and the most important thing is you know your limit and the chances of you two getting to know each other are beyond impossible (I mean directly, in person). I actually have this major crush on one guy here in my campus. But what happened if he talked to you, like actually talked to you, like he's the one who actually started the conversation first? Imagine you like somebody, you've been eyeing that somebody for months, you know his name, you know his father's name, you know all of his close friends, etc etc. And then he talked to you like literally TALKED to you! And what did I do? I fckin freaked out. I just sat there motionless and looked at another direction trying to recompose myself. And by the time I regained my consciousness, he already left bearing the wrong message in his head. Good job. He's a really really shy guy and you've had the only chance of getting him to talk to you and you completely blew it off. And good luck in finding a way to get him to talk to you again, now he won't even look at me whenever we bumped into each other T-T I really don't know what to do. Maybe it's better this way. Maybe he doesn't even like me. Maybe the conversation he first started was just a friendly gesture that's all. But why didn't he talk to another girl? Maybe he really did like me. Maybe he had crush on me like I had on him. Who am I kidding. There's no way he had a crush on me. Maybe he was just trying to be polite. Well, these maybes are killing me..

Sultan Mahmud Shah Mangkat Dijulang Version II
During the last few months, my faculty had held an event named Majlis Silaturahim. Basically, every DVM needs to perform & our theme for this year was 'Crime & Justice'. I'm not in the mood to type so long lol so I'm just gonna post few pictures. And I'm just gonna make certain remarks here; we twisted the ending of this classical story (hope no one gets offended here and we also translated the script to English as to make the international students to understand this story), we won second place, we won best storyline, it was once again not in my comfort zone in fact it was really really an extension away from what I used to believe of what I could've achieved, I'm proud of myself (hey it was not an easy task to play the role of Sultan Mahmud Shah, and I am a girl in case you didn't notice), the whole process of making this story to become reality was so stressful yet so fun I had a good time despite of all the hassle and fuss, and last but not least, the technical setup and the props for the event were awesome, the teams did a really good job. Well done.

Random Stuffs
Finally..
My laptop has been repaired now so it all comes back to the usual. You know, eating in front of the laptop while watching good movies.. Talking about movies, I really really love watching movie. Not in the cinema though but I prefer it in the peace & comfort of my own room where I can wear my crappy shirt & I can put my legs up any way I want lol (last weeks my friends and I went to the cinema & we were scolded just because we rested our legs on the front seats, who the hell wants to sit in the first row anyway). My preference of genre would be comedy and action and those which are family-oriented. My favorite so far is Taken. I've watched all three of them but you know, sequel will never be as good as the original one.
What's new about me.. Yeah, I've been learning about html and stuff. I've been creating 2 websites so far & one is a group work. I loved it! Still an amateur though. And they won't be published due to several reasons. But I'll show you some of the screenshots. I used to hate those IT and computer thingy but now I've started to take them into consideration. I realized that it is so important to be an IT literate to carry on with my life. My friends and some of the lecturers definitely deserve a big thanks. They've been helping me a lot and later on I won't be depending on anyone else anymore hehe. My next aim is to learn adobe photoshop. And tomorrow I have anatomy lab test so I need to sleep now. Bye and good night!

Little Things
Hello,
So um, this is not an educational post, more like an emotional post. It's just that, have you ever felt unsure about your feelings? I have. In fact, most of the time.. Have you ever loved someone, you thought you can never love again? Well, maybe. But it's not possible is it? I mean, everyone is meant for someone. It has already been written up there. What I'm feeling right now is really complicated to be conveyed to words. It's a mixture of feeling so strange, to trust or not to trust, maybe a bit of loneliness, and maybe a little flicker of love. Love. It's so common yet so strange. It used to be so easy on me but now it's so different. Sometimes it's all happy and funny but the next time, it seems so scary and weird..

Vetsport
Hello :)
So here I am, updating again after so long. Life has been busy & my days were so hectic but nevertheless, all is good.
One thing I'm sure of, vetsport was really fun! At first I was rambling to my friend about my faculty not having sports day (I didn't know back then there'll be vetsport). And my friend was so full on himself & he started to make fun of vet students by saying things like "Well I'm not even surprised" & "Well you know how nerds like you guys don't play sports". Turned out he was utterly, completely, immensely WRONG! Haha! Even our event was way way way bigger than his. Look who's a loser now :P So basically, we had almost all kind of sports included in the event. It was only held on the weekends & it was an ongoing event for about a month. The event started with futsal game. I was volunteering for the night & it was a nice game. I couldn't quite remember the sequence but after that we had volleyball, netball, handball, basketball, chess, dart game, bowling, tug of war, and Frisbee. For the closing ceremony, we had sukaneka and also cheerleading competition! :D I joined netball, basketball, and the cheerleading team. I didn't get any place in netball & cheerleading but I got 3rd place for basketball (I didn't play much though :P). But I'll make sure that my netball team will get a place during the next vetsport :D
I learned so much & many friendships were built throughout this event. It was a memorable one and I would never say no to sports. I just love sports. Will be posting pictures later! Have a nice day! :)

Dancing
Hello hi hii 😊
I've been meaning to update about my life here but oh well, I've been very very busy. Now that I have the time (since it's my midsem break) I'll try to blog as much as I can. Actually, my lecturers had provided me with a lot of course works that I have to finish by this one-week-holiday, but still, I haven't started yet, but it's okay. I'm planning to start this afternoon hehe. So last month was really challenging for me, trying to juggle between vet school and dancing practice. Yes, dancing practice. I wasn't much of a dancer before, & I think it's not too much to say that I can't dance at all. So I admit that to join the team is a rare decision and for someone who doesn't have the ability or the talent, it was a really tough job. As what Allison said, this drama is literally a result of blood, sweat, & tears. But I've decided to get out of my comfort zone by trying something new. Not that I've never joined any dancing competition before but it was quite big this time. We competed with other colleges. Even though the dancing team was just a part of the drama, it was something meaningful for me. Because by the end of the practice, I actually know how to dance! And I won't hesitate to join more activities after this. We didn't win but it doesn't matter. Winning isn't everything. It's about teamwork and the most important part is, I enjoyed every minute of it. I'll share some photos later because I'm just updating from my phone right now. Bye! 😃

Just Telling Something
I've been having gastritis but I'm not that kind of person who directly depends on medication whenever I'm sick but now it has been two days & this can't go on. So I went all crazy looking through my stack of meds, searching for my ranitidine tablets and you know what I've found.. ONE LAST tablet with a broken seal! At first I thought ah wth nothing will happen just swallow the damn thing but unfortunately, not only the seal was broken, the tablet has doubled its own size & it cracks in the middle it looks like a freaking macaron! I don't know whether to laugh or to cry

Lamb shoulder, thinly sliced, cooked with black pepper and other ingredients that made this tasted so yummy, some baby tomatoes and a little salt, and lastly, a drizzle of lemon juice. I shouldn't have but.. I was in seventh heaven!
Don't be Judgemental
Good morning,
Just now, I saw a person shared his story about nobody wanted to help him regarding his flat tire. He waited at the side of the road and then a person came to the rescue whom a person you always called 'Bangla' and the one whom Malaysians always made fun of. So, I want to tell my story.

I've been facing a similar problem before. My front tire was
flat and a lot of Malays passed by, some just ignored me, and some just well,
stopped for a while to ask what happen and then just drove off. And then just when I
almost reached my house (I walked while pushing my bike, my phone battery was
flat too), an Indonesian offered his help. Yes the indon people whom you always
made fun of. I gotta admit I was scared of him at first and I was being a
little judgemental bc I took a shortcut and the road was a little quiet and at
that time people rarely passed by so I felt uneasy with him by my side and I
was thinking abt what people always told me about Indonesian which is all bad.
I told him it's okay with hope he would just go away but then he insisted and
he told me that it's dangerous for a girl to walk alone in this area. He kept
asking to help me with my bike an I said it's okay bc I'm almost home. Then he
just accompanied me to the end of the road and I said many thanks and waved him
goodbye. I almost cried bc nobody my race stopped to help me instead a person
that my own race always hate was the one who came up with the help. After the
incident I'm no longer being prejudice about them, because if you're saying
they're bad, some Malaysians are also bad. So the thing is, it doesn't matter
if you're pendatang or Malaysian. What matters most is that you have a good
heart. Just stop being judgemental.

Food
I love sandwiches especially those with a lot of eggs, sauce, mayo, pickles, tomatoes, cucumber, and salad. They're so easy to prepare and delicious too. In fact you can make it healthy (if you want hehe). You can either boil or fry your eggs. I used olive oil instead of normal cooking oil to fry the eggs. It is healthier and you can tell the difference between those two oil. If I use normal palm oil, you can feel like something stuck in your throat after eating oily food. And you can add up anything as you like. You can put a little seasoning, salt, or black pepper, or if you like you can even put kaya, it's completely up to you! I've just had my sandwich and it was divine :D

Motivation for Myself
So hello, just got back from driving class. At last my teacher turned up anyway hehe. All in all, it was okay I think and I don't really wanna update about my driving skill so yea. Okay.
I am alone right now. I hate being alone. I used to like being alone. Back then when I was in diploma, whenever I had free times, I'd rather stay in my room, watching good movies or reading good books, or sleeping, or better, studying (haha), when all of my friends were having fun out there, socializing and meeting some new friends, as long as they're doing things that didn't involve staying in enclosure. Even if I'm not alone, I used to stay with H, watching movie, eating together. Anyway, I think my feeling has something to do with the frequencies. If I'm alone too much, I get bored. Same goes to when I'm spending too much time with people, I'll be needing times for myself. I guess people are all like that. Ungrateful. God gave you something and you don't appreciate it. But when God take it all back, you're asking for it. I think it happens to me all the time. Sometimes I just have to keep reminding myself to bear with God all the time, even at your happiest moment. So I'm simply taking some space here to thank God for giving me all that I ever had and needed. Sometimes I needed it too bad but God didn't give me and I forgot that He will give something much better. I can still remember that recently, I was feeling down and something terrible was bothering me so much. I felt useless, I was thinking I am such a loser the whole time, I was thinking why is this happening to me, am I so bad like killing-people bad that I deserved things like this? Just when I thought about giving up and in the brink of losing hope, God gave me something beautiful; friends that cannot be replaced and a bunch of people who actually believe in me. I gave them 'I love you' message and they (well, most of them) simply replied 'Love you too' or 'Love you back' or 'Love you more', things like that. I know it seems nothing but I know they all meant what they said. And I meant what I said. And when I went to see my PA (my academic advisor), she told me something I could never forget. Mainly, things she said just lifted up my spirit and lightened up my already dull day. I was smiling the whole day, not because what she asked me to do, simply because she believes in me, and she thinks I'm capable of something which my own self never ever even once thought about that, and simply because she made the thing seems so easy to be achieved. I love that kind of teacher. A kind of teacher who makes everything in this world seems possible, and you can always trust that teacher. I won't be telling here about what she said to me but then, if it really comes true, I promise there'll be a post about this :) Maybe you can get upset, cry once in a while, but then, don't forget to look for happiness afterward. Till then

Just live your life and remember, first thing first. Study hard, always think about the future, or you'll regret later."

Where is my driving teacher?
I was supposed to have my driving lesson by now and the pakcik lesen should've already picked me at 8 but where is he? I tried calling the office but nobody picked up. Hm

Vacation
I know sometimes life sucks and you feel like you have nothing to hold on to. Like nobody loves you or even cares about you. I feel it sometimes. In fact, most of the times. I think I'm just depressed so I am in dire need of a vacation! Maybe I can't, for now, but here are some places that I've gone to. I really miss having holidays! ):
I was snorkeling in Pulau Tioman but sadly no pictures of me bc I didn't own a waterproof camera ):
